Her commentary explained how all the wealthy knew the consequences of their greed on the environment and economies. That force was beyond their control. Their attitude was to keep at it knowing they could enjoy themselves as it all came to a head.
We all see it coming, but many of us say the same thing.
When our leaders are controlled by the money, our voices don't hold much sway.
Fight back where we can, bailing might be enough to at least wreck on shore.
