5. The system works well to keep things civil.

But the jurors are often left in the dark. For example, we can be asked whether we thought the comment in question was made in good faith or was ill-intended. Not sure how we're supposed to divine that! And we also don't learn how other jurors feel about any given issue, which would be nice feedback to get a sense of where the community as a whole is at.

But minor quibbles, I guess, about a system that is overall quite wonderful.
