Talked to someone today who said she's sitting out the primaries and election [View all]

and voted independent during the last presidential election. Then she mentioned the Jesse Jackson observances as a nod to his legacy. I said that he and so many others fought for voting rights and that even seeing that votes were recently stolen from Georgians tells you that voting means something. I could’ve been talking to a wall.

I’m tired of listening to stupidity.
