6. Shingles!!!!! I Googled "Shingles rash on a neck"

earlier and the images are identical to the tRump rash. It is painful (GOOD!) but is also contagious at some point. Since tRump only cares about himself this would never concern him. However, the pain he is hopefully suffering from Shingles probably is making him delay pressers and/or have none at all until now.

Also, since he is in pain, no matter how many meds he was given to treat this illness, he must be trying to hide it from the public and it may be why we haven't seen him since he started this current war as well as getting away from today's presser ASAP.
