2. I agree with you completely, the justices aren't there to give opinions, but to stick to the laws and Constitution

And McConnell did the country a serious blow by prohibiting President Obama the justice appointment that was due him in favor of his lawless successor. And there are rumors that the two justices seen as most lawless, Alito and Thomas, are considering retirement, but that would only make things worse since the most lawless president in our history would get yet another appointment and one that could serve for 40 years.
